At The Worm that Turned, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized collection point or post office.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
